Sikkim Sardar Patel University believes in maintaining a supportive and transparent academic environment where every stakeholder’s concern is treated with fairness and respect. The Grievance Redressal Mechanism is established to address and resolve issues raised by students, faculty, and staff in a timely and impartial manner.

The system provides an opportunity for individuals to report concerns related to academic, administrative, or personal matters affecting their experience at the University. All grievances are handled with confidentiality and are reviewed by the designated Grievance Redressal Committee to ensure an appropriate and just resolution.

How to Submit a Grievance:
Grievances may be submitted by email to info@spusikkim.edu.in with the following information:

  • Full Name and Department/Programme

  • Contact Details (Email ID and Mobile Number)

  • Category of grievance (Academic / Administrative / Others)

  • Brief description of the issue

  • Supporting documents, if any

The University encourages constructive feedback and assures that all genuine concerns will be addressed promptly in accordance with its policies and regulations.
