Refund of Fees – Policy and Disclaimer
1. Application/Registration Fee

The Application/Registration Fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, irrespective of the outcome of the admission process.
2. Admission/Program Fee

If a candidate withdraws their admission request in writing before the commencement of classes, a partial refund of the program fee may be considered after deduction of administrative and processing charges as applicable.

If a candidate withdraws after the commencement of classes, no refund shall be admissible.

In case of cancellation of admission due to eligibility discrepancies, false information, or document fraud, no refund will be provided.
3. Examination and Evaluation Fees

Fees paid towards examination, evaluation, thesis submission, or viva voce are non-refundable, once the process has been initiated.
4. Special Cases

In case of program cancellation by the university due to insufficient enrollment or administrative reasons, the entire fee (excluding the registration fee) shall be refunded.
Disclaimer

The University reserves the right to revise, amend, or update the refund policy at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

All refunds, if applicable, will be processed only through official banking channels and in the name of the candidate.

The refund process may take up to 30 working days from the date of approval of the refund request.

Any legal dispute related to fee refund shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts located at the university’s official address.
