Refund of Fees – Policy and Disclaimer

1. Application/Registration Fee

• The Application/Registration Fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, irrespective of the outcome of the admission process.

2. Admission/Program Fee

• If a candidate withdraws their admission request in writing before the commencement of classes, a partial refund of the program fee may be considered after deduction of administrative and processing charges as applicable.

• If a candidate withdraws after the commencement of classes, no refund shall be admissible.

• In case of cancellation of admission due to eligibility discrepancies, false information, or document fraud, no refund will be provided.

3. Examination and Evaluation Fees

• Fees paid towards examination, evaluation, thesis submission, or viva voce are non-refundable, once the process has been initiated.

4. Special Cases

• In case of program cancellation by the university due to insufficient enrollment or administrative reasons, the entire fee (excluding the registration fee) shall be refunded.

Disclaimer

• The University reserves the right to revise, amend, or update the refund policy at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

• All refunds, if applicable, will be processed only through official banking channels and in the name of the candidate.

• The refund process may take up to 30 working days from the date of approval of the refund request.

• Any legal dispute related to fee refund shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts located at the university’s official address.
